Two years ago, 55 practitioners from 22 different churches, representing 8 different denominations, and 9 parachurch organisations gathered and uncover insights and stubborn facts about the church and the city.
This year, building on those findings, we will continue our discussion with a specific focus on leadership development.
Here are the three main objectives for this church growth and planting dialogue.
We will jointly:
- Define Gospel-Shaped Leadership
- Identify Challenges in Developing Leaders in the Klang Valley
- Determine Root Causes and Next Steps to Build a Leadership Pipeline for the Church
