Church leadership and ministry can be tough! So how do we, as women, build gospel resilience as shepherds? Whether you lead a ministry or support your spouse in pastoral or church planting work, you need the gospel for your own heart.
BASIC is a foundational course designed to help ministry-minded women apply the truth of the gospel to our own hearts. Through practical, visual tools, Parakaleo makes gospel theology accessible amidst the busyness, crisis, and challenges of ministry.
The training covers themes such as:
- God’s Story of Grace (the overarching story of the Bible)
- Gospel theology
- Navigating identity and roles
- Exploring our personal stories and longings
- Identifying and untangling idols of the heart
- Understanding boundaries
- Community building and self-stewardship
